What places give LC medium/hard phone screens?
I dont get how people get medium/hard questions on phone screens. Basically every company I’ve interviewed has been LC easy (for phone screen, rest of interview is a different matter). Is it only at FNG? Did TS/Citadel/DRW/Palantir/Amazon recently TC 220k YOE 2

How did you get LC easy at Citadel and TS? I got game theory DP hards that I was told to convert to tail recursion.

@EMC at phone screen stage? I was interviewing for SWE not Quant, I literally got like “find the peak of this array” once
