Have an interview for a Principal Enterprise Architecture role. It's a career pivot for me to some extent. I'm a Principal Engineer not an architect currently. Paysa says 250k average base in Atlanta for this company. Does that sound right? I know Paysa can be high.

Let them make the first call. They might have budget for 300k base. All you want is to be paid competitive. If they lowball then you can ask for what you want based on your research.
That sounds a bit high but go for it if you could get it. Out in CT area architect roles were going for $200-$230k so for them to throw that kind of salary in ATL where I would imagine there's cheaper costs of living - quite tempting!
250K base is high for atlanta market. Can you provide more details about the roles and responsibilities?
I'm interested in this answer, I'd have no problem asking for that out here on the west coast. Heck I'd say go for it.
