What should I highlight to increase chances of full time interview and getting hired at top companies

Hello,
I have interned two times at the same company. Made an app that’s in the build tree of the android devices that the company makes, basically comes with every new product running android. But I’ve been working on the same product throughout the two internships. Basically, adding features since I started working on it from scratch.

What and how much should I highlight about this?
I don’t have any other “cool” projects or experience. What should I do to increase my chances of getting a full time interview with the top tier companies, and getting hired?
Thanks for your time!

P.s I made it to several top tier internship interviews after my first time interning but got rejected at the final for all of them.

Resume should be brief. I don’t get into the core of what everything I did. I just mention what the project was in 2-3 sentences. Move on. Then apply like crazy. Then maybe 2 in FAANG would give me a chance for an interview. Good luck OP. And oh, if you are still a student, see if friends/professors can help. They might know someone working in the top companies and help you with a referral. These days a lot of schools do have connection to get recruiters on site doing college recruitment. Once you have about 2 years of experience, you will get a lot of people reaching out on LinkedIn. If you don’t have one yet, make one!

I am sure some Blinders wouldn’t mind to help you either. If you are looking for full time position, dm me. Oscar is hiring new grad.

You got internship experience, good job there! If you do get a chance to be interviewed, prepare a speech of what you did and what you are looking for in your full time role before hand. It helps. If they ask you if you have any questions, throw a few and ask them back! Instead of just answering where do you see yourself in the next few years, you return that questions to them: where do you see your team in a few years.

    Just some tips.

You can try to participate to open source projects of your target companies. Even if not hired you can learn much from there.

You have to show two important things to be hired:
    - you CAN do the stuff
    - you WANT to do the stuff
    Nothing else matters.
