What tech companies in NYC will cross $200k in liquid compensation for E4 FB?
Considering exploring options as I haven’t found work I feel super passionate about yet at FBNY. Current comp - $250k Caveat - don’t want shitty work life balance.

You probably misunderstood that sentence. People who think 60hr/week is awful are minority, most of them enjoy 60hr/week :)
Aren't the hours still very flexible with lots of WFH? 60+ hours w that setup is more like 50 hours at a normal company
