Do whatever you can to assist with the transition, this will leave a lasting impression with your colleagues. Get lunch/coffee 1:1 with you teammates and nurture those relationships.
Be a good mate and don’t fuck over your team on the way out. Other than that kick back and enjoy.
Take some print outs of some accomplishments you had.. easy to forget later on what you did
Get your “story” together and get references in order.
Don’t be a total deadbeat. People remember that shit.
Prepare three envelopes
Make sure to attempt handing off projects the best way possible, other than that, hang and chill
Hand off and knowledge transfer. Then kick back and read Blind Facebook Reddit, do some problems on leetcode, and whatever. Just finished that period myself

Do what you can to make the transition easy for your old colleagues. Things you own that others didn't mess with, you should document, etc.
This and I’ll add document document document (especially if tech). When you’re gone, it gives something for your coworkers to reference since you’re not there. It’s really easy for the blame to fall on the guy who left when there are no answers.
