So I'm currently at a spot where I enjoy my work, my project allows me to work from home and I've been working from home for one year already and will be for the next year! Which I think is great.. the project is a lot but it has its moments. My TC isn't so high and I'm hoping to get this upcoming promotion or at least a raise to even out the playing field. My problem is I feel like I can't leave because the project I've been on for almost two years ( by the end of it) is bringing me into a skillset I don't really see helping me at all if I wanted to get a job somewhere else. I've been taking interviews lately cause I want to up my TC but I haven't had any luck with them. What do you guys think I can do to actually make myself worthwhile to another company if I can't get the TC I want from work currently? Edit: My current thing is cloud & security ( I do red team stuff) I'm not a Dev.
Leetcode
I guess I should have made it clear what my focus is. I do cloud and information security for both infrastructure & cloud. But I guess digging deeper into coding isn't bad advice.
Not sure how the interview process is for sec/cloud but if itâs anything like dev then just study for interviews and find a better company.
TC?
You can always leave unless restricted by Gov because of some high clearance stuff!

I feel for you as I read your org name.. I hated those people
đ Damn, so what's the hate about? I've recently learned that they pay way under industry standard.. which is really starting to wear on me.
You know Amit Beheri? ROFL, I use to work in their team.. Pay wasnt my major reason. There is nothing great in there, team technology, competency, security.
