What to do with offer!?!? How to negotiate?

Got a Microsoft offer that was very lowball, this is for SWE2. Countered with 120k stock, 135k base and 25k sign on. I've quadruple the stock, doubled the sign on, and bumped the base a bit from original offer. The recruiter so far has been really pushy. They were pushy with the onsite and fast with getting an offer, within a week after onsite. They know I am waiting for other offers and they won't budge on deadline which ends this week. They are basically only allowing me to negotiate once. Recruiter is now asking that if they change the offer to what I wanted, would I accept it this week? I won't know the status of my other offers until after this week. I find the first low ball offer very disrespectful and way the negotiation has been really one sided. I don't want any bad blood to happen if I accept then decline. Does it seem they are desperate? What to do?
