What to expect from Yelp offer
Just got word from the recruiter that they’re going to make an offer. I have 5yoe, and she said to expect 140-150 base and 150-200 RSU. I’m not sure what level that is. Is this a good offer? How hard should I negotiate?
200 RSUs or 200k worth of RSUs? If it's 200 RSUs, it's super low-ball.

That makes it around 190k-200k TC in the Bay Area. For 5 YOE, I would say that's not an exceptionally great offer but still a good offer.
Expect some kind of an offer!
Yelp doesn’t pay great but my comp is as equal to my friend who recently joined google (after stock appreciation). It’s best time to join yelp since stock has gone down and it’ll be back up, your Rsus go 1.5x. Otherwise your life your choice!
Sounds low. They don’t pay sign on? I’d push for more stock.
