What to expect from a bug squash style interviews
Have a couple of onsites coming up with different startups, see that a few of them have a bug squash interview. The recruiters said I will be given a repo and have to work on fixing the bugs. Can you guys give pointers from your experiences on what to expect and tips/tricks to ace these sort of interviews. TC: why would you ask someone from ebay this :sob @Stripe @Square @Uber

I doubt they’d give you some massive repo, so probably just be familiar with using a debugger and being able to follow the code I guess
Yeah normally in a work setting the familiarity with the code base helps fixing the bugs;
