What to expect in technical phone interview at Amazon for BA role?
I have a technical phone interview next week at Amazon. This is for Business Analyst role. Initial call with recruiter has already happened. What is the usual complexity of SQL problems they ask for BA role? I am practicing easy and medium complex problems on leetcode and hackerrank. Will that be enough? I understand they focus on LP too and I have prepared good examples around them. YOE: 4.5 TC: 100K (Base)
Sql
+1 on SQL, but focused mainly on select statements. It helps to know how to write selects against both normalized and denormalized data too. BA also includes a fair amount of PM type work, so be prepared to talk to scope/complexity. Something I see a lot of candidates miss on is they have great examples of finding something broken in the data, then helping fix it, but can't answer "how did this help your customer?"
