Why don’t we have python?

Microsoft Googler! Jan 10, 2019

Not so many people are young enough to learn Python as their 1st language, I guess

Pascal: still remember those begin/end.

Datometry LangEr Jan 10, 2019

I still use a lot of begin and end everyday in SQL. Pascal was a pain. Especially when you had to declare all the variables before starting to use anything.

Microsoft ИN Jan 10, 2019

Yes 🙂 luckily for me, it was just a part of my programming class at highschool, and I never had to work with it on a big project.

That’s a Query Language not a programming language. Go back to datamining soccermoms.

Datometry LangEr Jan 10, 2019

@Product if we are to be real precise about it, SQL is a standard. Many vendors provide SQL implementations. You could write any sort of computation - declarative or procedural using different flavors of SQL.
