What would happen if Samsung acquires AMD.

Imagine one day Samsung acquires AMD. And they get Intel to sign the x86 license and stuff. How would the market react? I think it would be wonderful addition to Samsung electronics portfolio.

Yes that is true, but Intel will lose a access to the some of AMD’s patents (you’d be surprised, but there are many).
