I heard promotion is fast at Salesforce so was wondering if TC can be higher in a couple of years. Asking mainly about the SF office
Meh I think if you joined about 2 years ago as new grad you are most likely underpaid now. I left just a few months ago after working there for about 2.5 years as my first job and my comp was like 130k base and 10% bonus and about $9k worth of RSU per year before I left so more like $150k TC. Also they don't give much stock refreshers and are generally pretty stingy with RSU grants so even when the stock price goes up a lot it doesn't have that big effect on TC.
Right
I have a base of 160k with 10% bonus and 25k RSU. Refreshers suck big time.
