It’s a call center type of role where you answer calls or chats from customers and troubleshoot cloud issues. TC is 100k for L4 and 120ish k for L5.
Chill role but they run it like a call center at AWS.
Lots of network troubleshooting and sysadmin questions. 2 rounds of technical and 2 behavioral going over LPs.
I wouldn’t recommend the role in DFW tbh. l had a buddy who worked there and he said it was horrible and the management runs it like a sweatshop. Prestige is also not great for these roles and you may get pigeonholed. However it’s up to you.
