What's an expected offer for a TPM?
What should be the expected salary for a TPM in Los Angeles, specially westside? I have over 21yoe but not in tech but have project and product experience. Thinking about a career change more into tech and focus on tech

If you had 21 YOE in SWE and TPM already you could get 450 or more at Netflix. To get good money as TPM now you’ll first need to prove engineering prowess, so you’ll probably need to take a pay cut and work for a non- FAANG company for a couple years before a high paying company will interview you for TPM.
