What's included in TC?
New to Blind. I notice a lot of conversations about TC. I was curious if TC includes Base Pay and Benefits or does it also include stocks, RSUs, stock-options, etc? Thanks.
How do u quantify benefits?
TC=everything.
Pretty sure most people are not including value of health insurance... but yeah, generally “total” is “total”. :)
So also includes health and 401k matching?
401k matching is a good one. I forgot about that.
Add fitness reimbursement too. 🤷♂️
I think at the levels most people are throwing around 401k matching is insignificant, but sure, I guess.
I’ve never seen anyone include benefits and perks. Just Base, Bonus, Stock. If we’re including benefits and perks I’m adding 60k to my TC.

OP : it's base, bonus and RSU's. Other things like, espp, 401k, health insurance etc. Aren't usually included on BLIND
