Non-eng IC here (but still technical role), get into the office just before 9, leave around 4 to catch my shuttle, WFH once per week, probably work an additional 5 hrs/week total from home in the evenings (so around 40 hr/week, but when I'm working I'm actually working hard, unlike somewhere like MS). On track for EE

Pay is alright, perks are great, like it a lot overall.

      170, 4 YOE

Underpaid for now but a level bump would make it more palatable (it's at least better than the track I was on at MS)

I think life would be paradise. 9/5 schedule. Just my opinion. Would like to know as well.
