When do we want to stop trying hard to survive in male-oriented community and instead have the guys to attend those women in tech meetings to make them understand the value of us on what we actually are?

Sorta a catch 22. Need women in leadership to press for women oriented lean in sessions. You also need to have good articulation on what a women based 'lean in' leadership model is absent of patriarchal capitalist drivers. Not saying it can't be done, but it needs to be done.
Many of our work places are modelled on what are statistically considered male-attributes: aggression, strength, independence, etc. When companies start actively hiring for attributes like: sharing, empathy, listening, etc. for their leadership roles, things will change. Until then, it is a battle everyday to keep proving how good you are. I'm not hopeful our generation will see a significant change.
Seriously what I say istrue. Women are trying to be like men. I heard somewhere that successful women (managers/ceo) eventually gain mascular attitude and behavioour
