I understand lots of ex spaceX employees means the culture is work long hours, get paid sub-par, and don’t complain. Can anyone shed any light on hyperloop one?
Indeed SpaceX comp is low compared to some tech companies in the bay/nyc but personally it would be a pretty big pay drop to go to Northrop.
I make more w/ 2 yoe than most my spaceX friends, so idk about that.. it’s all how you work hr during negotiations
I didn't negotiate at all, but I came from tech so maybe they knew the range. New grads don't have much leverage
According to Glassdoor, it has gone downhill fast. https://www.glassdoor.com/ratingsDetails/full.htm?employerId=1137909&employerName=Virgin+Hyperloop+One&industryId=1130#trends-overallRating
