Your taking it in the ass my brother, I get 150k, 10k bonus with 2% stock 3yoe. To be fair mine is a balls to the wall job not 9 to 5. Also it's privately funded no outside VC.

I was at a Series B in LA in sales making 115K on target with 2 YOE. At my series C we had sales reps making 150-175K with 3-8 YOE. For SF, as a manager of engineers you’re getting hosed. 0.5% equity is good but essentially worthless 90% of the time
