When to follow up with recruiter after the final interview

I have gone through multiple phone interviews, on site interview and some more phone interview with Uber. Interviews are done as of yesterday. The recruiter told me last time when we emailed couple days ago that they will be able to make a decision rather quickly once the interviews are complete. She also told me everybody I spoke with up until last phone call with the group’s director have given positive feedback. I have not send any email today (Friday) but I cannot wait to hear the final decision. At the same time, I don’t want to bug her constantly but otherwise it takes couple days or even longer to have an update unless I check with her. When should I send a follow up email and what should be the content?
