When was the last time you heard an IT Admin say that he loves Macs?

IT Admins are the villans who try to prevent an employee from choosing a Mac whenever there is a chance.
They would give out the following statutory warnings:
    1. Macs are not as robust as Windows (slow claps...!)
    2. Macs are costlier than Windows and they are not worth.
    3. Corporate updates roll out very late.
    4. The IT admins won't be able to help immediately whenever there is a problem.

Whenever someone reaches out to the IT dept about issues on Mac, they don't fail to give that "I warned you, already" look. Damn!

My org still didn't roll out the macOS Mojave update while it's almost time for this year's release and they state some random reasons everytime.

You work at Amazon? I have no idea what you're talking about with any of those points.

  • Regularly? Most of our tech team are mac specialists and we're already a few years into the process of swapping out our fleet.

Not anymore. I'd argue that even Win10 is a decent os. Mac os on the other hand is headed downhill quick.

I heard Macs don't get viruses. But can they spread HIV? Asking for a friend.
