Yes and you need to learn that such initiatives do the opposite. They increase friction between the sexes by institutionalizing sex based policy instead of merit based policy. True eradication of sexism will occur by championing the idea of merit-based gender-blind hiring. Sex should NOT enter the decision making framework. The bigoted policies do the opposite and make sex the centerpiece of institutional policy and promotes the idea of thinking about the candidate’s sex when making a hiring decision instead of avoiding it entirely.

You’re talking about a completely different topic. I never said anything about hiring based on skin color or gender. (Although numerous studies show that diverse teams communicate better and do better, still a whole different topic.)
I was talking about minority empowerment initiatives and organizations, several of which MLK was a member of, such as the SCLC and NAACP.
I don’t know, maybe according to you, the Grace Hopper conference discriminates against men and promotes misandry? I really don’t get your logic here.
