Where to go next?

Where should I go if I leave Hulu? Somewhere else other than FAANG. Entertainment? Gaming? Food? Travel? Beauty? What other industries? Current pay is not that great (it's just ok) but wlb is somewhat good. Idk where to go for the next job where it's a good environment. Any recommendations? TPM; TC: 😐 Edit: Browsing through Blind and job boards, I see there seems to be a lot of jobs available but not good places to work so I'm wondering if I should just stay even though I'm getting to the point of unhappiness (not fully there yet but getting there) or jump ship before being extremely miserable
