Let's assume money is no problem, where would u go? Got offers from them and now I need to decide. Grab Amazon Google Indeed Convoy Snapchat I know it depends on the team but I am looking for smart people and more ownership to take. 4 yoe
If wlb is important, Google. In all honesty Google has so much more to offer than the rest, from research opportunities, collaboration with the absolute best and impressive perks, this should be an easy one. Now, if it were Google, Tesla, NVIDIA, it might be different.
I do like Google but how much luck is involved into getting into a good team? I wanna minimize the risk of getting in a place where I might spend 1 year and move on after
RETIRE.
That was what I was also thinking
What do u guys think about indeed? I liked the people there a lot and I feel that the culture is very good.
Blind doesnt really give indeed much love. We are growing very rapidly and there's a ton of opportunity for an individual swe to make big impact and accelerate their career faster than at other companies. Also it's extremely easy to move around teams.
I've seen that. Thx for the comm, I've had the same impression about Indeed.

Convoy seems interesting.
Convoy
Definitely snap if you are looking for impact. Dropbox is another good option if you looking for stability and perks, but ok with a boring product
Instinct would be Google but I know someone who went to a Snapchat subsidiary for a ton of money and loves it there.
yeah, that's why I asked without the money cause, Snap's offer is not on the same level as the others.
Is WLB a factor?
