I heard Uber, FB/G do. Can someone tell me what the process is like? Do you need to sign a contract to stay at the company for X years after completing the degree or something like that?
None of the ones you mentioned "sponsor" master's degree, but Google covers a certain percentage of your education expenses, but Max around 10k depending on your role. But this while you're still full-time employees at Google. Some companies have discounted part time Masters programs like Microsoft with UW. But no tech company actually sponsors masters. Heck, even consulting firms which used be most prolific at sponsoring MBAs with contracts similar to what you mentioned have severely reigned in those. Most tech roles on the other hand don't need further formal education for your to progress in one's career (especially within a company), so most companies focus on internal training. Why give you a degree that you will then use to get a job at another company anyways and pay back your "sponsor".
