Just got curious -- twitch has pretty decent food but wondering what kind of benefits Blizzard, EA, Ubisoft etc. get

Worked at Blizzard and now work at EA.

I think that EA has overall better benefits vs blizzard in all areas and more flexibility.

Riot. Free food is best here and we have a lot of almost cash benefits like fitness reimbursement, can expense a lot of games, etc.

Not really unless they are making or publishing a game. They do work in the game industry.

Riot, from my experience. Insane perks free food, free video games, and the health insurance is unreal (and relatively cheap)

Twitch has way better benefits if you want to compare it to any company making/publishing games. Most companies don't have free food, Blizzard does not even have free drinks. Benefits at Riot is pretty good, one of the few with free food and the play fund is nice.

Gonna +1 Riot from experience too. We recently added really robust coverage for gender transitions (the same as Starbucks’ policy) and have a new program for $0 co-pay on mental health services.

I know at EA you pay a small amount for food, they have an amazing gym and lots of sports classes. Starbucks, a theater, and a shuttle from SF. Ubisoft benefits aren’t that great. Unlimited sparkling water, no food though, and a gym stipend. You have to pay part of your medical. At both you get games at a discount.

Twitch isn’t a gaming company though? Benefits are crazy at Twitch compared to most gaming centric companies. Twitch is a broadcasting site and platform, not a gaming site.

Unity isn't publishing or developing games but it's clearly in gaming so that definition seems rather narrow
