DSP research engineer or ML research engineer. Another question on this line: Have you ever tried to get recruited at Senior Research engineer directly after PhD citing your work experience before PhD and most masters plus most bachelors. Does European work experiences (part-time) and US internships count for work experience. Thanks!

28 terrorist worshipping idiots just got themselves fired and I've never been prouder to work at Google.
I think MSR recruits researchers directly at Senior level , L63. Whether they require work exp after PHD or not, idk.
It means all new researchers at MSR start at L63 which is really good I guess. What would be the compensation for such a position. Do you know recruitment process of MSR. I have PhD ML with 400+ citations and papers dating back to 2010...
Compensation would be same as that of Senior SWEs. There are tons of TC threads on Blind, just search. Idk much about MSR recruitment.
