Contemplating between the following offers and would appreciate some help: Salesforce: Position: MTS Location: SF Base: 150k, RSU: 110k, Sign on: 25, Annual Bonus: 10%, Relocation: 10k Cruise: Position: SWE Location: SF Base: 145k, RSU: 80k, Sign-on: 25, Annual Bonus eligibility: 29k, Relocation: 15k Amazon: Position: SDE1 Location: Seattle Base: 130k, Stocks: 42(no. of shares), Sign-on: 30 (1st year) + 25 (2nd year) Stocks are all vested over 4 years YOE: 2 years + Masters What are the aspects that I should be focusing on or things I should be considering while evaluating these offers?
Having Amazon on resume will attract future recruiters to your profile more than Salesforce or cruise.

I think you should also ask yourself which one will give you the opportunity to learn the most...
Salesforce is for retirement. As a fresher Amazon will take you places and get you the experience recognition you need to progress
Is it seriously that bad?
Is cruise rsus or options? Thought it was options of private Cruise stock.

it's RSUs of private cruise stock , we don't issue options since years.
