I have the following offers for Senior SWE roles in Seattle. The format is base/sign on/initial stock grant/bonus percentage Google- L5 185/50/670/15% Twitter- Senior SWE 195/40/560/20% Uber- Senior SWE (5a) 192/65/715/15% Which one to choose ? YOE: 3.5, current TC: 320k (E5)

Uber said base and stocks are non-negotiable. I got the RSU in terms of $ value not unit count , so current stock price won’t matter until I join

G recruiter was pushing hard for L4. I told him L5 or GTFO. He gave in.
