Who serves the worst ads?
I thought of making this a poll, but polls can't be edited. So I thought I'll add each choice as a comment, everyone can just like the comment to vote for that choice. If you think of some other option, just add it as a comment. Edited title: I'm not asking who puts out the worst ads for themselves, but which ad-based service serves the worst ads.

Could be anything really.
Microsoft, remember that first surface clickity ad, I never understood what they were trying to say.
Spotify
I voted Spotify myself, because as an English user in bay area I still get served Spanish ads sometimes (I don't have any Spanish songs), the ads themselves are often stupid with annoying soundtrack, the music/artists they promote often don't suit my taste (they should know my taste!), and sometimes the same annoying ad gets played 2-3 times in a row! It's like they're not trying to advertise for money in good faith, but rather they're punishing free users with their annoying ads.
