Let's not bash one another but let's try to have a sane conversation.
Bad. Lack of dietary cholesterol and saturated fat leads to hormonal imbalances (Lower sex hormones and a host of other issues). Your body will begin to rob itself in order to make up for the nutritional deficiencies of your diet.
You can be vegan and healthy but it does take actual effort. A lot of the animal nutrition needs to be sourced elsewhere and that actually requires quite a bit of knowledge. I've seen way too many vegetarians live off processed junk food and I can't imagine the average vegan having an easier time.
Itās easy to get the nutrition needed being Vegan. B12 and maybe D3 are needed through supplements, though. Plenty of Thai, Indian, Vietnamese and Ethiopian places have many good vegetarian/vegan dishes, so youāre not stuck with kale salads or whatever. Junk food vegan is an issue though. Anything can be deep fried.
Lol it's nearly impossible to eat vegan food in Thailand and Vietnam, unless it's some western restaurant in Bangkok. Your Bay area neighbour is not the entire world
humans evolved to eat meat. thatās why vegans need supplements to stay healthy. even the vegan documentaries donāt say cut out meat entirely.
