Why do you workout in the gym using a polo shirt?

I have seen this way to many times... seriously, why don't you just use an old t-shirt? it looks way too uncomfortable.

It’s none of my business. If he/she is comfortable then let them be.

When you don't bring a gymbag, or gymbag has unwashed clothes.

None of your business OP. I go to my office gym mid-afternoon wearing button shirts and jeans and do 5x5 weights. It takes under 30mins, no sweat and a nice break from work. I don't care about costume.

Doing a 5x5 bench or squat in an aircon gym, hardly any sweat

May be that’s all he has and doesn’t want to spend money on gym suit. As long as its according to gym rules, you are nobody to judge anyone. Focus on your workout.

If you are focusing too much on other people in the gym, you are not focusing enough on your own sets. Probably need to increase the weights.

  • Polos are great for the squat rack — keeps the bar from rubbing so much 😂

Lol c’mon bruh, it’s weird but who cares?
