Most tech companies I worked at have maybe 30% of the work force from China. Facebook is like 60 to 70%. Why is it so popular with Chinese coders?
Asians are Americans...? How long you been in the states lol
🤦♂️ seriously? Americans are good at selling in America, Asians are good at selling in Asia. This just reflects the preference of the buyers, nothing inherent about Asians/Americans.
Zuck hired them just to please China, still can't get in the country... Suckerberg
It’s the 996 work ethic you wouldn’t get it
🔥996🔥
Zucks wife refers them
His wife is abc and is more american than you. Her chinese is horrible.
Among Chinese, FLAG is the most desirable employer. That includes Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Google.
Cuz Facebook deals with billions of users and big numbers. Only Chinese can count that high.
I would be interested in seeing the distribution by level. But Fb does self-select for hard working people willing to put up with bad wlb.
It operates more like a Chinese tech company in many fronts. WLB is one trivial side, major things such as copying from other company products, and aggressive monetization are what the Chinese are good at. So they fit into FB's business strategy and moral ignorance
Like MS and Google having more than 60% Indians?
and Oracle.
Google doesn't have more than 60% Indians for sure
