Is it just me or for everyone? I got calls from pretty much every top tech company but for some reason Wework seems like a tough nut to crack. And their recruiters don't respond much on LinkedIn too. Any recruiters here on blind who can help me accelerate the process? YoE - 4+ Leetcode - 400+
Aim for Albertsons so you will make it to TransUnion.
Really?
Same as my experience with their recruiters. Super unprofessional, miss scheduled call several times, then finally called, asked me a bunch of questions, called me the following day and asked the same set of questions. I was like wtf...
Cause they don’t have their own voip service.
We work ain't a real tech company
WeWork ain't even a legit company. Calling it a 'tech company' is taking too far. Can't wait for a large expose. You will notice no Indian (or Chinese or South East Asian or Middle Eastern) person apply there. This model is a standard mechanism of money routing for everyone's uncle and nephew in these countries. Gotta hand it to Adam, took it to a glamorous global scale.
We have plenty of Asian people here, lol. But of course you’d know our internal demographics working at Microsoft, right?
You're either too old or not white enough: https://www.wsj.com/amp/articles/former-wework-executives-allege-gender-age-discrimination-11561082242
This is a totally baseless accusation against the company
hmm they keep bugging me on linkedin
How many software engineers can we work possibly need? They’re just a landlord with some venture capital
The same reason a taxi company needs software engineers. There’s more to it than just renting buildings and being a landlord. There’s all kinds of IoT and social networking stuff happening here. There’s actually some pretty interesting problems, though nothing on the scale of Google or Facebook, but more so than most startups and smaller companies.
Here's a more blunt title https://techcrunch.com/2019/01/16/we-company-ceo-in-hot-water-over-being-both-a-tenant-and-a-landlord/
Isn’t that an MLM?
