Hey I'm in the market looking for a new job and interested to figure companies that are actively looking for H1B1 candidates. For context, I'm a Engineer with a long career in IT projects and Architecture specially infrastructure, DC, cloud AWS, and IT operations. Thanks in advance.
Ppl like this op are the real problem. No legitimate company is ACTIVELY looking for H1b candidates. You interview and if you are good enough, the company will sponsor your h1, unless they are a small startup that don’t have enough funds to afford an immigration team. I think what you are asking is which of the shady body shoppers/ consulting companies are willing to game the system and suppress wages by bringing in cheap labor in the guise of h1.
Some companies, like yours, had speciall programs abroad to recruit talent.
I think OP is referring to H1B1 visas which are specifically for citizens of Singapore & Chile (unless it was typo & actually meant H1B). As other have rightly mentioned, no firm would actively look for H1B/H1B1 candidates and will be willing to sponsor only if the candidate is right fit for the job & visa sponsorship is part of their company policy.
If the company is providing sponsorship (almost all of them) it'd be an easy thing. H1B1 is a great, cheap and easy to get visa.

Why would a company be actively looking for H1B specifically?
H1B1 is not H1B. H1B1 is exclusive for Singapore and Chile, and supposedly cheap and easy to get for employers
