My wife wants to move to another city. How can I convince her she belongs in Chicago?
Step #1: Understand her concern/ motivation for moving to another city Step #2: Listen closely and pay attention when she tells you Step #3: Try to figure out if the concerns can be resolved/ if there is a compromise possible that pleases both of your desires Step #4: If #1-#3 did not yield a result you both are happy with, then there is only one option left...talk to each other, talk to each other, talk to each other. Relationships are a rollercoaster and you are with her on that ride. In the end it is important both of you can talk about a topic you have a disagreement on without right away turning it into a ****show. Communication is what gives you the best chance to resolve such things.
