Will April H1b cap work affect H1b transfer PP time?
I’m in process transferring my H1b from Yelp to Google (SWE) with premium processing (PP). Lawyer said we’re ready to file the petition early next week. When can I expect to get the receipt notice or approval now that USCIS is about to get busy with the FY 2018 cap work? An estimation would be fine.

Usually 6 to 10 days from the date USCIS receives the petition.
