There are many rumors that Google is about to aquire a sizable cloud provider.
Link to rumors?
How about pivotal?
Never. Google has partnership with Nutanix to meld their cloud with enterprise' Pvt cloud. They could offer to acquire if they wanted
Google may want to buy but Dheeraj Pandey said in a talk that he doesn't think Nutanix is currently at a stage to be sold off. He said he believes Nutanix has potential to become a much, much higher valued company. His goal is to take it to 100B $ worth.
Knowing Dheeraj, first step is $30B, and he is marching full throttle to get there. And he will, God Willing!
I hope so 🤞. I used to believe in him but I don’t have much confidence in him anymore. Especially he does not focus on improving his internal culture after all the complaints. I feel he is more like Sundar rather than Satya. Good luck 👍.

28 terrorist worshipping idiots just got themselves fired and I've never been prouder to work at Google.
May be. They may buy atlassian. They have cloud product and lots of enterprise customer. After Microsoft purchased github, google is under pressure to acquire some companies.
DO is more likely as far as cloud providers go. Atlassian is totally different ballpark
