I'm currently in the CbD (Consultant by degrees) program which a 2 year graduate program, where you get promoted to senior consultant at the end. If I left IBM now (after 1 year) because I'm not happy at my current geographical location.... Would I still be able to apply later in life to other positions? Or does me not finishing the program makes me look bad?
You think IBM will take the time to blacklist someone who spent a year with the company out of college? that being said I’d find a different job, lack of flexibility will impede your success at IBM especially if you couldn’t settle down at one of the 8 locations available to you to live in CbD.

I’m Sooo Happy about Biden signing TikTok ban bill today!!
I doubt you would be formally coded as "rehire ineligible" unless you left on bad terms.
