The auto mechanic industry is a sausage fest. They are clearly descriminating against women. We must put a stop to this! Also, same problem in construction and roofing. Why aren't more women slinging tar with the rest of the men?
Yes and yes? Also not enough men in elderly care, house husbands, primary caregivers of children, secretaries, house cleaners, and the list goes on Why do posts like this periodically keep popping up? Are you running out of material to whine about?
Because people in tech are liberal people who care, so when you rage, there is support. If you go make this case in front of some construction industry people, theyβll laugh you out of the place and there is nobody to write about it
... Or because no women are complaining about not having construction jobs? No one wants those jobs because they are hard. Equality only applies to desirable work.
Also men as grade school teachers.
