Work culture and benefits at Sam's club
I am considering a SSE position at Sams club technologies. Hoping to get an offer next week or so. Any feedback on work culture? 401k match? Insurance? PTO? TC - 120k Loc - Dallas
Generally quite laid back so WLB is like awesome, yet incompetent leaderships can bother you. 100% match up to 6%, PTO is 21 days including holidays.

skjson, does leadership unorganized or change their mind frequently?
CTO has been empty for a year and half; indicates Sams cannot attract good one, and two years ago, many CMU & Ivy league grads joined as Sams promised few good things, but more than half are gone now as those promises were never kept. Now most managers are 10-15 yr experience only at Walmart and those are good people yet incompetent in technology standpoint. I enjoyed here as I could get good performance review, but growth is only good for new grads.
