Work culture at Indigo
Posting for my friend. She is considering the offer at Indigo ag. Does anyone familiar the work culture? I read some bad stories about this start up and fast paced environment. I read really bad reviews about engineers are being considered pawn on glassdoor review site. Please help if anyone familiar or any insight.
Did she go through with it? And if she did, how does she like it? I am considering their offer as well

I’ve been with Indigo for 3+ years - I will say the work culture is intense and at times unreasonable in terms of expectations, but very mission driven and fulfilling. I’ve enjoyed the direct connection to farmers and rural communities and seeing how our work is making an impact. Leadership are slave drivers but intelligent, experienced and believe in what they’re doing. Frankly, if they can handle intensity, I think they will learn more in 1 year at indigo than 3+ years at other places
