The male senior engineer just hired in for frontend doesn't even know how to get / use npm even when node is already install on a setup script he needed to run on day 1. The female engineers deliver so much and come promotion time, not one is promoted. Outrageous. How do the women put up with it? Even some of the male engineers are complaining to the management that they don't promoted female engineers. This is at a NYC unicorn.
Just because you don't know how to use npm doesn't mean you don't know your shit. They might come from a different background.
