Working Remotely Abroad

I am a Senior Credit Officer in Corporate Finance and have approval authority of up to $50MM per transaction. I work entirely remotely, and can work from anywhere within the U.S. My issue is that I’d like to work from Costa Rica (for personal and family reasons) but am having trouble figuring out how to make this happen. It probably will not happen while working for a large Bank but brainstorming for other career avenues where I could make this happen. I’ve worked in Healthcare Finance, Public Finance, Large Corporate, mid-Corporate, done a lot of merger and acquisition work with Private Equity, etc. I wish I could figure out something to do entirely on my own in the Finance world and trying to brainstorm. Also, willing to take a pay cut to be able to do this. Any ideas?
