Working from home

Does your work place offer telecommuting? If so how often do you do it? And are you more productive at home or at work?

Currently working from home all the time. It has its ups and downs, but I'll be moving back into an office soon. I often get great productivity when working at home, but it is also so much easier to just totally drop working if you don't have some oversight. Part of this is a company issue for me right now (near 0 accountability, I can do nothing for months and hear nothing about it).

WFH is more productive for me. However it depends on your manager how he sees WFH. If you are his favourite WFH has no issues, If not you know what can happen

Every day for 9 years. More productive as I donā€™t have to commute an hour per day and my lunch is about 10 minutes.

About 3 days/week. Def more productive at home.

Yes, every day for 10 years. I love it. I am more productive in life in general. #WLB.

It is a perk reserved for my managerā€™s buddies. If I opt for work from home, my quarterly scores will suffer.

Yes, 1-2 days a week. Would definitely do it more if others on the team did. More productive at home in general.
