Worth it to join Facebook as a Program Manager?

I was intrigued by the "the Future is Private" stuff at F8, and I'm tempted by a Program Manager role I saw posted for the Privacy Operations team. Anyone know anything about this team? How are things feeling at Facebook these days with all the privacy scandals? Privacy at Facebook feels like an interesting challenge.

I am, but I've been here forever so I'm considering my options.

Not true . Every one in and around me - approx 400 folks working on things they are super happy and content to learn . Wether it’s tools or changing process or building new products

I dunno. But I’m deep into 2nd round with FB for a program manager position. I’m considering it more exploratory at this stage. Not sure what they’d pay. I think it’s an intriguing proposition. I have a range in my head, based on my current comp. but with commute to Menlo Park, will need to adjust that upward.
