Would u move across the country for Netflix?

For soft engg role. From a pretty decent role at amazon, can’t complain. The netflix culture sounds really exciting but with all the negative reviews around people being let go on blind and glassdoor its def a bit nerve wracking.

Five years ago I did and it was a great decision. Not sure I would now
