Google is going ahead to restrict ad blocking Chrome extensions to enterprise users only despite a backlash to announcement by Google in January. They made a corporate decision that they are an ad company and willing to lose users that are using ad blockers. Would use Google Chrome if ad blocking is disabled?

I do wonder if someone could fork Chromium and reinstate the WebRequest API, which is what is currently used by the content filtering extensions, and will soon be nerfed.

Chrome is the easiest browser to use. I disliked the fact that Firefox was more complicated than it should be.
Try it out now. This was like decades ago.
