Please don’t generalize. There are bad apples in every race.

But some races have more bad apples than others, at least bad apples of a particular kind. Some ethnicities are disproportionately more involved in H1b scams while another ethnicity disproportionately involved in terrorist attacks. Ignoring these statical differences even adjusting for population for the sake of political correctness don't help anyone

China has 1.8 billion people. They are obviously gonna produce more bad apples than say Romania which has a much smaller population. How can you say that China produces disproportionately more bad apples? Source please?

Any engineer worth their salt would compare bad apples adjusted for population. How many intellectual property thefts do you see from immigrants of other nations vs China? Likewise how many shady H1 scamms do you see from immigrants of other countries vs India?
